We know that you have lots of questions about long-term care insurance.  We will answer each of your questions thoroughly, over the phone or via email–whichever you prefer.  And we’ll work with you, as your knowledge grows and you have even more questions.  It doesn’t matter how long it takes.  We’ll work with you at your pace.  We’re not going anywhere. 

In order for us to help you, we need to ask you some questions, too.  Your answers to our questions will help us determine which insurance companies will give you the best rates.  We don’t limit ourselves to just one insurance company.  We work with over a dozen of the top companies.  And your answers to our questions will help us recommend a policy that will do what you want it to do—so that you’re not surprised when the time comes for you to make a claim.

We provide first-class service during your application and approval process:

When you’re ready to begin the application process, we can complete the application together with you over the phone, or we can mail you the application for you to complete on your own.  It’s up to you.

Once your application is submitted to the insurance company, we’ll update you at least once per week on the progress of your application.  And we’ll follow up with your doctor’s office and the insurance company to make sure everything that is needed is processed as quickly as possible. 

We provide first-class service after your policy is approved:

After your application is approved and you receive your policy, we’ll review it with you over the phone, at a time that is convenient for you.  We’ll go through each part of the policy with you to make sure you understand exactly what is in it—what’s covered and what’s NOT covered.  And we’ll explain exactly what you should do at the time you need to make a claim.

State law gives you 30 days to review your policy before deciding if you’re satisfied with it.  During this time, you can make any changes you want to your policy benefits.  Once you’re satisfied with your policy, you’ll send your premium directly to the insurance company–not to us.

Obtaining long-term care insurance is important.  Keeping your policy in-force over the years is even more important.  Making a claim when the time comes is the most important.
